COMPLAINT MECHANISM

Various notices are prominently displayed on the Notice Board to ensure wide circulation, especially among the students, providing them with necessary information. Additionally, students can access E-notices through our college website (www.purbasthalicollege.com). For the resolution of grievances, whether academic or non-academic, students may submit complaints or grievances into the Grievance Box located in the ground floor of the Old Building. The college also facilitates online complaint lodging through its website.

Any incidents of ragging or sexual harassment should be reported to the appropriate authority. Furthermore, students from SC, ST, PH, and Minority backgrounds are encouraged to report any physical or psychological harassment they experience. Established mechanisms such as the Prevention of Sexual Harassment Committee, Grievance Cell, Equal Opportunity Cell, and Anti-Ragging Cell are actively functioning. All complaints are treated seriously, and appropriate actions against offenders are ensured in accordance with the rules and regulations.
