Environment awareness created among the staff and the students helps to keep the campus clean and eco-friendly. The college does not produce hazardous and e-waste. The college has introduced many innovative measures during the last five years which have some positive effects on various aspects of the college. The college inculcate the idea of environmental protection and believes in the optimum use of energy. The college regularly organize plantation drive in and around the campus. It also has a flower garden and chemical fertilizers are not used in the campus and instead bio fertilizers are utilized. The college regularly organizes a number of events in an attempt to sensitize those in the campus about issues pertaining to women’s rights. Several activities are conducted for the promotion of national values and communal harmony. Further, the college maintains transparency in its financial, academic, administrative and auxiliary functions.
